Shipping and delivery policy

Patholix is online software sold as a subscription by Patholix. We do not sell or ship any physical products.

How Patholix is delivered

Your plan is delivered online. As soon as your payment succeeds, your plan is activated on your Patholix account and you can start using it immediately in your web browser. You see the confirmation on screen, and your invoice is available under Plan and billing in your account.

Delivery time

Activation is usually instant. If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email hello@patholix.com with your lab's name and payment reference, and we will activate it or refund you as described in our cancellation and refund policy.

Delivery area

Patholix can be used anywhere with an internet connection. Prices are charged in Indian rupees through Razorpay, or in US dollars through PayPal for labs outside India.

Equipment

Barcode printers, scanners and computers are not sold or shipped by Patholix. You can use any standard barcode printer and scanner with the software.
